Cynthia Barker writes...Hi from rainy London! Sorry, I have been soooo busy the last few days that I have hardly had time to look at my blog. My phone never stops with immigration and appeal enquirers due to high refusal rates and botched DIY applications I guess.
I am also getting a lot of calls from overseas nurses who want to work in the UK.
My advice is to firstly check the NMC website to see if you qualify for UK registration and a nurse job in the UK - IELTS 7.00, clinical experience and obviously a nursing board passer in your own country.
Secondly, if you think you have what it takes, email your CV to Charles Kelly email@example.com.
Finally, stay away from illegal recruiters, fixers and middlemen who will charge you for doing nothing.
If you need advice on any immigration matter, including overstaying your visa, EU or UK immigration law, or want to appeal against a refusal, call Cynthia Barker on 07850 307687 or 0208 731 5972 or email her your details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
